01General Terms

02Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Conditions
- Each person may open only one account.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You may not open an account on behalf of another person.
- Any changes to your registration details must be reported to the platform immediately.
- Opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
2.3 Verification
9j77 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
03Account Management
3.1 Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Use a strong password and never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Balance
Funds held in your account may only be used for betting and gaming activities. Money deposited into the account is held by 9j77 as a deposit and returned to the user upon request.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account will be considered inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, but the user will be notified by email before the balance reaches zero.
04Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- You must use the correct reference number when depositing; otherwise, crediting may be delayed.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.
- Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- 9j77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation if fraud or irregularity is suspected.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 9j77 is not responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.
05Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing from it.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated alongside the offer.
- The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be used.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly permits it.
- In cases of bonus abuse, 9j77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Fictitious or strategic betting for the purpose of earning bonuses (bonus abuse) is prohibited.
5.3 VIP and Cashback
9j77's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback offers are provided at each tier. The cashback rate increases progressively from Bronze up to Diamond. Full details of VIP benefits are available in the VIP section of the platform.
06Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If odds offered are incorrect due to a technical error or an obvious mistake, 9j77 reserves the right to cancel or adjust that bet.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game or betting market has specific maximum and minimum bet limits. These limits are displayed on the game or event page. 9j77 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting
Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments) and other sports is conducted according to defined rules. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome of bets will be determined in accordance with the relevant rules.
07Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9j77:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Taking advantage of bonuses through strategic or coordinated betting.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, gaming system, or odds.
- Collecting other users' information or engaging in any form of harassment.
- Using automated software or bots to place bets.
- Accessing the platform from prohibited regions.
- Using a false identity or forged documents.
If any of the above activities are proven, 9j77 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

In any situation, 9j77's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
10Account Closure and Suspension

9j77 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
